Our Patent Pending Sub-Slab Differential Pressure Monitoring System provides 24-hour monitoring and cloud access to differential pressure data between a buildings indoor air and sub-slab pressure. 

The Sub-Slab Differential Pressure Monitoring System consists of two wall boxes, the Communication Box and the Port Box (boxes may be combined or added depending on the requested model). The Communication Box houses the differential pressure transmitter, programable logic controller, the cellular modem for cloud access, and the power to the Sub-Slab Differential Pressure Monitoring System. The Port Box contains the relay boards to cycle through different pressure test locations, a series of manifolds connected to the differential pressure transmitter, and the solenoids that open and close to collect the differential pressure readings from the pressure test locations.  

• Is a form of Telemetry for monitoring sub-slab depressurization systems.
• Daily differential pressure readings from each of the pressure test locations.
• Can include normally open solenoids to monitor vent riser pressures in conjunction with sub-slab pressure test locations. 
• Continuous monitoring to include real time alerts if any of the pressure test locations were to not meet the desired threshold.
• Access to recorded data and able to function the Sub-Slab Differential Pressure Monitoring System via the cloud providing remote access from any mobile or desktop device. 
• Each System comes with one year of monitoring services.
• Optional Vent Riser CFM Sensors
• If monitoring services after the first year are no longer wanted the Sub-Slab Differential Pressure Monitoring System provides the option to manually check differential pressure readings and install audible air flow alarms if needed.
